PL9 House Clearance

All clearances are different and the needs of the client can be varying. We always offer a no obligation site visit to discuss requirements and what can be offered. Often when having to come long distances, it can be difficult to know what to do with contents.

We always say to clients, Take what you want and let us deal with the rest. Where possible, items are re-homed or recycled and very little ends up being disposed of. Compared to other companies, our re-homing rate is extremely high and this is something we are very proud of.

We also only donate to charities items they will be able to sell, burdening a charity with items that they have to pay to dispose of is not something we do.

We pride ourselves on always being willing to help, so from a complete clearance, down to just a couple of items. Some items, we can purchase for cash depending on market conditions.
